Telecontatto is an Italian call center operating both outbound and inbound services for prominent corporations, generating sales leads and providing customer care support.
Control of Telecontatto was held by Gruppo Amì, a group of call centers active all over Italy. Gruppo Amì’s strategy was to create a single entity capable of competing for long-term contracts with large European clients whilst maintaining marketing flexibility.
When this objective proved to be difficult, Cross Border was retained by all shareholders to find a solution to the impasse.
After exploring all possible options, Cross Border engineered an agreement by which the minority shareholders bought out Gruppo Amì.
