SMS Distribution Srl, with its “NINEtNINE Cent” brand is the Italian market leader in non-food fixed-price distribution, with over 150 shops in Italy and in the Iberian peninsula. The company, leveraging on the shareholders’ international competence and on excellent logistics, has grown by 30%. 2005 turnover is of € 13 million.

Gruppo BSE, founded in 1995, specialised into various retail sectors over the years: food and non-food retail, catering, strategic partnerships. Consolidated turnover of € 85 million in 2005.

With the merger between One Pr1ce Italia (food) and SMS Distribution (non-food) into the new Srl company One Pr1ce World, BSE reaches the leadership in the European market of fixed-price retail. The new group One Pr1ce World is now present with 200 shops.
