Vino75 (currently rebranding it as Vino.com) is one of the leading digital enoteca (wine shop) in Europe. Vino75 differs from a simple wine e-commerce as it has developed its own proprietary platform that serves as a virtual sommelier: Vino75 algorithm guides the customer through the discovery, learning, and taste of the best wines and spirits worldwide, providing a unique customer experience.

Vino75 was seeking to raise new capital to strengthen its distribution channels and expand its customer base via marketing campaigns.

Cross Border Growth Capital (CBGC) acted as Vino75 exclusive financial advisor for its Series B round. CBGC structured the documentation needed to tackle a Series B round, including a pitch deck, a detailed business plan, and a market and competitive landscape analysis. CBCG produced an independent valuation of the company’s equity value, which was subsequently validated by other comparable transactions in the wine & spirits e-commerce industry. Thanks to its investor network, CBGC was able to receive the interest of several relevant investors which increased the negotiating power of the founder in setting the main investment clauses with the new investor.
