The Group has a global presence with production in Italy, Hungary, UK, China and Brazil. 2006 sales were about €80 million. The Group is participated by Absolute and MPS Venture as financial investors.

With the acquisition of OML Morando, Dynamic Technologies has extended its product range and strengthened its position with leading clients.

The Shareholders of OML Morando have retained Cross Border to identify the most suitable investor among a short list of selected industry and private equity players. The goal was to become part of a larger group to accelerate value creation through more intensive and extensive marketing activity and product synergies. Cross Border conducted an international controlled auction, until the ideal investor was selected.
