Munters MCS (Moisture Control Services) is a service division within property damage restoration and the temporary humidity control area. The Italian business unit has been under performing for a number of years. The Group decided to dismiss it.

Cross Border, together with Arctos, advised Munters AB. Jointly they negotiated the mandate, then Cross Border helped the company to identify the lead counter-party and to handle the sale process of the business unit MCS Italy, also in the final negotiation, optimizing the Italian business unit’s value despite its negative financial position.
