Cross Border assisted the Holding controlled by Casetta family, called Immersive Society S.p.A., which represents the Zoom Torino founder, in a 18 million euros second round financing.

The loan is finalized both to allow Zoom Torino S.p.A. shares «buy back» from the investors who assisted Immersive Society with Zoom’s start up project and to support the further development phase.

The loan has been granted by Magnetar Capital, a hedge fund based in USA, founded in 2005, which invests principally in fixed income, energy, quantitative and event-driven strategies.

Zoom Torino is a bio-park inspired by the immersive zoo modern concept situated in Cumiana, close to Turin. It was projected in order to protect the endangered species. The animal pens rebuild their own natural habitat.
