Axiom Propack PVT LTD is an Indian manufacturer of plastic closures for spirits. After Guala Closures Group, Axiom was the second largest competitor in the Indian market. This acquisition confirms Guala Closures Group commitment to expand its presence in the fast developing Asia Pacific region with a particular focus on the Indian spirits market.

Cross Border was retained by Guala Closures Group to initiate the contacts with the target, a sensitive task as the two companies were in direct competition in the Indian market, and to subsequently advise during the negotiations.
