With famous brands such as Tachipirina (Europe’s largest paracetamol label), Tantum and Moment, it leads the Italian OTC market second only to Bayer. In j/v with Procter & Gamble, it dominates the Italian disposable nappy market.

FarmaMed is a first-aid product brand developed by Paglieri Sell System SpA and sold in supermarkets with dedicated displays re-stocked directly by the supplier’s sales force. It is leader in Italy for band-aids in the supermarket channel, with approximately €16 million sales.

With the acquisition of FarmaMed, our client enhances its presence in the mass market with a very visible trade mark and an interesting alternative to the conventional sales system.

Angelini retained Cross Border because of its expertise and connections in the pharmaceutical industry for a complex transaction with the creators of the brand, including the service contract under which they continue to provide logistic support.
