Gruppo Agrati, based near Milan, is the Italian leader in fastening systems with total sales of about €150 million, six companies/plants, and commercial branches all over the world.

With the acquisition, Agrati extends its product range to cold-formed parts and increases the share of special products to over 85% of total sales.
