Alessandro is an experienced corporate finance professional with a strong background in cross-border M&A transactions. He leads deal origination and execution, overseeing due-diligence, business valuation, negotiation and strategic positioning for clients ranging from Private Equity Funds to small-medium enterprises and corporations. Before taking on his current role, Alessandro was involved in Business Development activities within the Digital Payments Industry and Technology. Previously, he was Senior Analyst at Cross Border.
